+1art began a new project "Plus Plus*" this year. This is a project to support young artists who use sound as a material or create works inspired by sound. This is an exhibition series in which various styles of exhibitions are planned together with artists. In the first year of 2023, an exhibition by 4 artists (4 groups) will be held. This exhibition is the second exhibition of the Plus Plus Project.
Expression acts will become even more diverse in this turbulent era where unexpected situations sway. We have a feeling that unimaginable new style works will be born one after another. We hope that the gallery space will be the starting point.
(*“¡ Plus plus plas,plas!” is a Spanish onomatopoeia for applause.)

This time, I will create an experience-based installation that seems like a game stage, based on my emotions that have occurred from the world situation that has changed over the past few years and the environment that surrounds me. Titled "Second Stage", I would like to focus on the body to feel real, the intersection of reality and fiction, etc., and explore ways to enjoy overcoming an uncertain and unstable time. Although I have cleared my first stage of life and got basic know-how, I am still facing each other by the "Second Stage" that stands in my way. Each time it appears in a different form, it's as if it's giving me a challenge so that I don't get bored with my life. I will start a "Second Stage" at the +1art, but will I be able to clear it well?
